I've been to this restaurant many times over many years. The place, the food and service are great. However, I hear that the staff are underpaid for the hard work that they do, and that they are not treated with respect by the owner and manager. I wonder what they would do without their staff?! My girlfriend and I visited Windmill's on date night, and we both loved it. The space is bright, airy, and artsy, and the food itself is just really good. I love their selection of vegetarian and vegan options - I hope they consider branching out to vegan desserts soon as well! We'll definitely be back.
