Chef Hicham “Sam” Eddahi serves passion on every plate. Born of a restaurateur father and a mother who was a cooking diva, he came by his intense love of food naturally. “Cooking is a joy,” he says and a craft he learned in Morocco and Europe. “It’s a part of life. There needs to be the right tone and balance in every plate.” Like fine painters, Sam and his team see food fusion as a work of art. “We put all five senses on one plate, have all the ingredients fuse into one exquisite taste. And of course, art is to be shared. So, for me, the only thing better than the delivery, is the enjoying.” So please. Enjoy!
